What was recalled

This recall involves Cuisinart metal wire bristle grill brushes. These recalled brushes were sold as part of two grill sets.

Why it was recalled

Small metal wire bristles, from certain Cuisinart-branded metal wire bristle grill brushes, can detach from the brushes and stick to the grill or food, posing an ingestion hazard and risk of serious internal injuries that could require surgery.

As of August 26, 2026, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.

What to do

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled product and contact Crate & Barrel Canada for a refund.
