What was recalled
This recall involves the XO Poppy Powerbank, Magsafe Compatible, 5000 mAh, in various colours and prints. A USB-C charging cable was included.
Why it was recalled
The power bank’s lithium-ion battery may overheat and melt at the port while charging, posing fire and burn hazards.
As of August 11, 2026, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.
What to do
Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled power banks and return to any HomeSense, Winners, or Marshalls for a refund.
