What was recalled
This recall involves the Joolz Aer2 Car Seat Adapter Set. The adapter is used to connect an infant car seat to a Joolz Aer2 stroller chassis. Only the adapter is involved in the recall; the stroller chassis is not being recalled.
The adapter measures approximately 9.0 inches (23 cm) wide, 6.9 inches (17.5 cm) tall, and 1.2 inches (3 cm) thick, and is made of black plastic. A product identifier starting with NL311 can be found printed on the inside of the adapter.
Why it was recalled
The Joolz Aer2 Car Seat Adapter may fail to properly attach to the Aer2 stroller chassis, which may allow the car seat to fall.
As of June 3, 2026, the company has received no reports of incident or injury in Canada. In the United States, the company has received one report of incident and no injuries. The company is aware of 28 reports of incidents and two reports of injuries globally.

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled product and visit www.joolzcarseatadapter.expertinquiry.com to register for the recall and be given instructions to return the product for a refund.
