What was recalled

Satin dummy clips.

Why it was recalled

The product presents a risk of choking as the detachable garment fasteners are small enough to be swallowed and also broke during impact testing. This means they may become lodged in a child’s airway. The product strap is also 322mm, which is longer than the maximum permitted length. This poses a strangulation risk to infants.

The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.
