What was recalled
Baby floats that are predominantly light-blue coloured, transparent, translucent, pastel, or otherwise low-contrast in appearance.
Why it was recalled
The products present a risk of drowning as low-visibility colours may make it difficult for caregivers or lifeguards to quickly locate the child in the water. This may delay supervision or rescue response, increasing the risk of drowning or serious injury.
The products do not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.
What to do
The products have been recalled from end users by TikTok and the listings have been removed.
We recommend that consumers stop using the recalled products immediately and keep them out of reach of children. Contact the distributor you purchased from to request redress.
