What was recalled
Cosmetic product intended to be applied around the eyes. 4.5g tube of firm black paste packaged in a card and plastic bubble pack.
Why it was recalled
The product presents a serious chemical risk as it contains mercury, cadmium, arsenic and lead. These chemicals are prohibited for use in cosmetic products.

The product does not meet the requirements of Regulation (EC) 1223/2009 (‘The Cosmetics Regulation’).
What to do
OPSS published a Product Safety Report for this product on the 29th July 2026. The business (Hallan Cash & Carry) has subsequently voluntarily recalled the product from end users.
Owners are advised to stop using the product and return it to Hallan Cash & Carry for a full refund.
