Why it was recalled
The product presents a risk of injuries because the plastic chain brake lever can melt or deform during use. This could result in the chain brake mechanism failing, and the user being unable to stop the chain, leading to injury.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008.
