Why it was recalled

The product presents a risk of fire as it has been identified that the battery may overheat and enter into thermal runaway, causing a fire.

The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.

The product has been recalled from end users by BenQ.
