What was recalled
Power and charging module hub designed to be installed in a desk workstation.
- general power outlet, USB-A port, USB-C port, 5W wireless charging pad
- product codes: OM-EAU5101E-BK, OM-EAU5101E-WT
- Electrical approval number: E2026002423
Why it was recalled
Due to an internal fault the power hub can overheat, burn and melt.
What to do
1. Stop using affected products immediately and disconnect from the power supply.
2. Contact JasonL to arrange for one of the below remedies:
- a full refund with a cable cover supplied to cover the opening in your desk.
- a replacement product without wireless charging functionality with a partial refund.
- a like for like replacement product.
