What was recalled

Garments for newborns and young babies.

  • Sizes - Newborn, 0–3 months, 3–6 months
  • Kimono style
  • Merino pointelle fabric
  • Dome press stud fasteners

Affected products include:

  • NB2206 — Merino Essentials Pointelle Kimono Stretch & Grow. Colourways Natural, Lilac, Thyme.

  • NB22613 — Merino Essentials Pointelle Long Sleeve Kimono Bodysuit. Colourways Natural, Thyme.

This recall applies only to the merino styles named. The cotton versions of these styles are not affected.

Why it was recalled

The dome fasteners can detach and separate from the garments becoming a choking hazard.

What to do

  1. Stop using these garments immediately and keep out of reach of children.
  2. Return the garments to the place of purchase for a full refund.
  3. Items can be returned to Nature Baby stores or by post. Contact Nature Baby for a prepaid Australia Post label if you would like to return the garment via post.
  4. Contact Nature Baby if the garment was a gift or if you require further information for this recall.
