What was recalled
Women’s smooth leather court shoe (pump) with squared-off toe and 6.5cm heel height.
P/O number stamped on inside of shoe and on box.
Colours:
- Black (P/O 3685)
- Camel (P/O 3686)
Why it was recalled
The shoe’s heel may become detached during wear without warning.
What to do
- Stop wearing the heels immediately.
- Contact the FRANKIE4 Customer Care team to arrange to return the heels and receive a full refund issued to your original payment method. The return will be arranged at no cost to you. Alternatively, return the heels to any FRANKIE4 Concept Store.
- If you have gifted or resold your Amara heels, please pass this notice on to the person who received the heels.
