What was recalled

Women’s smooth leather court shoe (pump) with squared-off toe and 6.5cm heel height.

P/O number stamped on inside of shoe and on box.

Colours:

  • Black (P/O 3685)
  • Camel (P/O 3686)

Why it was recalled

The shoe’s heel may become detached during wear without warning.

What to do

  1. Stop wearing the heels immediately.
  2. Contact the FRANKIE4 Customer Care team to arrange to return the heels and receive a full refund issued to your original payment method. The return will be arranged at no cost to you. Alternatively, return the heels to any FRANKIE4 Concept Store.
  3. If you have gifted or resold your Amara heels, please pass this notice on to the person who received the heels.
